Best Deal Insurance Agency is looking to expand and grow its team with a P&C Agent. We are looking to grown with Personal and Commercial Lines, along with Life and Workers Compensation as well. The candidate should be organized, knowledgeable with companies and policies, eager to meet goals, and helpful in making sure our customers are given the best customer service possible.
Requirements :
- Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Good operational computing skill (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows, Internet Browsers)
- Work well with teammates to ensure seamless customer experience
- Confident self-starter who works well independently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong organizational skills
- Client focused
- Clean background
- P&C License required
- Programs used: AA, FSC, Insurance Pro
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to agency success through promoting new business, cross-selling, and new initiatives
- Establish and develop customer relationships and follow up with customers
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
- Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, overages, policy changes, claim submissions, and billing verification
- Become familiar with products, services, and systems in the business in order to operate efficiently
- Work with sales and marketing team to meet goals.
- Job Types: Full-time, Commission
Salary: $12.00 to $15.00 /hour + Commission/ Brokers Fees based on Sales Goals
